Tiger Woods ex-wife Elin Nordegren made off with $ 100 million of Tiger’s fortune in their high-profile divorce. She just had her $ 12 million mansion bulldozed so she can have it built again:
Looking to get a brand new start, Elin Nordegren has torn down her mansion in North Palm Beach, Florida.
The 32-year-old Swedish model decided to bulldoze the 9,000 square foot home, which she purchased in March 2011 shortly after she had received an estimated $ 100 million divorce settlement from ex-husband Tiger Woods.
According to TMZ, Elin want to change the 6 bedroom, 8 bathroom luxury pad because it “wasn’t quite up to her standards.”
Nordegren has now hired a “high priced architect” to build her “dream home,” with every single worker having been forced to sign a confidentiality agreement in order to keep information from being leaked to the public.
In the meantime, the 32-year-old Swedish beauty and her kids have moved into a private community mansion where they will remain until the new house is complete.
