Get ready for Ratchetville, USA, brought to you by Rihanna‘s “Pour It Up” video.  The singer and her friends have been Instagram’ing flicks from the set before the video wrapped today.  And a few hours ago, Rihanna’s last self-proclaimed ratchet-pic got yanked!

We all know Rih Rih is a true bad gal at heart.  And she has no problems with showing her ass, literally, to the world.  So that’s exactly what she did a few hours ago with THIS pic:

We feel like we’ve seen worse on Instagram, but either Rihanna or the Instagram god themselves snatched this pic down after a couple hours and over 38,000 likes.

Rih also posted a pic of stripper shoes and money from the set…with her face on it of course.  So obviously, we’re going with a stripper theme (in one way or another) for this video.

Her bestie Melissa was on the set scraping up the money in a pail:

Lois Lerner, the Internal Revenue Service official in charge of approving applications for tax-exempt status, denied wrongdoing in response to accusations that the IRS targeted conservative organizations seeking non-profit status for heavier scrutiny between 2010 and 2012.

“‘I have not done anything wrong,” Lerner told the House Oversight Committee during a hearing about the IRS’ practices Wednesday. “I have not broken any laws. I have not violated any IRS rules or regulations and I have not provided false information to this or any other congressional committee.”

Lerner’s opening statement before the committee was the only information she would provide at the hearing. As advised by her attorney, Lerner invoked her Fifth Amendment right not to incriminate herself by testifying and declined to respond to questions from lawmakers. She added that by refusing to subject herself to questions “some people will assume I have done something wrong. I have not.”

After Lerner delivered the opening statement, Committee Chairman Darell Issa, Republican of California, asked her to leave the committee room.

Before she could exit, however, South Carolina Rep. Trey Gowdy, a Republican on the committee, protested Issa’s dismissal of the witness.

“She just testified, she just waived her Fifth Amendment right to privilege. You don’t get to tell your side of the story and then not be subjected to cross-examination,” Gowdy said. “That’s not the way it works. … She ought to stand here and answer our questions.”

Issa implored her to reconsider her decision and asked if she would be willing to discuss testimony she had provided to the committee at earlier hearings.

“I will not answer any questions or testify today,” Lerner responded.

“I decline to answer that question for the reasons I’ve already given,” Lerner added, and Issa dismissed her from the room.

Despite her unwillingness to speak before the bipartisan House panel, Lerner previously answered questions from the Treasury Inspector General, and a transcription of her responses, in which she denied that the IRS practices were influenced by outside agencies, was provided to the committee.

With Lerner’s absence, the committee moved on to question four other witnesses: the IRS’ outgoing Acting Commissioner Steven Miller; former Commissioner Douglas Shulman; Treasury Inspector General J. Russell George; and Deputy Secretary Treasury Secretary Neal S. Wolin.

VIRGINIA WATER, England (AP) — Tiger Woods says the “fried chicken” comment from Sergio Garcia was hurtful and inappropriate. Two weeks after they verbally sparred at The Players Championship, Woods say it’s time to move on.

Garcia was at a European Tour awards dinner Tuesday night when he was jokingly asked if he would have Woods over for dinner during the U.S. Open. The Spaniard replied, “We’ll have him round every night. We will serve fried chicken.”

Woods took to Twitter on Wednesday and said the comment wasn’t silly, rather it was wrong and hurtful. He says he’s confident there is “real regret” the comment as made.

The world’s No. 1 player also said their flap is two weeks old and that “it’s long past time to move on and talk about golf.”

CAIRO (Reuters) – Seven members of Egypt’s security forces who were kidnapped in Sinai last week have been released and are on their way to Cairo, army spokesman Ahmed Ali said on his Facebook page on Wednesday.

“The seven kidnapped Egyptian soldiers are on their way to Cairo after their release thanks to the efforts of the Egyptian military intelligence in coordination with the elders of the tribes and families of Sinai,” he said.

MIAMI (Reuters) – An FBI agent shot and killed a Florida man with suspected links to the Boston Marathon bombings early on Wednesday, NBC News reported.

NBC said the suspect was being questioned and was originally cooperative, but was fatally shot after attacking the agent.

The Orlando Sentinel said a friend had identified the dead man as 27-year-old Ibragim Todashev of Orlando. The newspaper quoted the friend, Khusn Taramiv, as saying Todashev was being investigated as part of the Boston bombings and knew bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev because both were mixed martial-arts fighters.

FBI spokesman Dave Couvertier could not confirm the dead man’s identity nor the potential link to the Boston bombings.

“We are currently responding to a shooting incident involving an FBI special agent,” he told Reuters by email. “The incident occurred in Orlando, Florida. The agent encountered the suspect while conducting official duties. The suspect is deceased. We do not have any further details at this time.”

Tsarnaev, 26, died in a gunfight with police. His brother, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, was found hiding in a boat in Watertown, Massachusetts, four days after the April 15 blasts, which killed three people and injured 264 others at the finish line of the Boston Marathon.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, was shot in the throat before his capture and is being held in a prison hospital west of Boston. He faces charges that could carry the death penalty if he is convicted.
