Celebs Out & About: Beyonce and Blue Ivy

Beyonce Knowles, 30, and her 7-week-old daughter Blue Ivy Carter were spotted out and about in New York City today. Beyonce seemed distracted as she strolled along with her security. She kept BIC close to her chest in a Baby Bjorn carrier. Daddy Jay Z was not with them. But then he never is with them much anymore.
